🍩 Waffle Paper Standard (Gluten-Free Modecor)

Thickness: 0.55 mm | Best for: Cupcakes, Gingerbread, and Stiff Toppers.

  • Properties: Crafted from potato starch. Maintains its form beautifully without extra backing.
  • Application: Ideal for non-moist creams, buttercreams, and ganaches. Ensure the surface is white for optimal results.
  • Pro Tip: For gingerbread or cookies, coat them with white chocolate or royal icing first. Once dry, apply the image.
  • Ingredients: Potato starch, water, vegetable oil (sunflower), maltodextrin.

🥞 Waffle Paper Ultra-Thin (Gluten-Free Modecor)

Thickness: 0.30 mm | Best for: Cake sides and seamless "printed-on" look.

  • Properties: Nearly transparent and highly flexible. It gives the illusion that the image is printed directly onto the cake.
  • Taste: Neutral, akin to a delicate ordinary wafer.
  • Usage: Best used with a marzipan or isolation layer. Suitable for direct application on white buttercream or ganache edges.
  • Ingredients: Potato starch, water, vegetable oil (sunflower), maltodextrin.

🍰 Sugar (Fondant) Sheet (Gluten-Free Modecor)

The Premium Choice | Best for: High vibrancy and professional finish.

  • Properties: A delicate, thin sheet of fondant. Designed for the most vibrant and brilliant images. No additional coating required.
  • Application: Excels when used with a backing (fondant or marzipan). Simply remove the protective film right before use.
  • Ingredients: Modified starch (48%), sweetener E420li, tapioca dextrin, vegetable fat (shea), humectant E422, emulsifier E471, stabilizers E466, E415, flavor, acidifier E330, preservative E202, sweetener E955. May contain traces of milk, nuts, and soybeans.

🍫 Chocolate Transfer (Chocotransfer Modecor)

Magic for Chocolatiers | Best for: White chocolate and confectionery glaze.

  • How to use: Melt white chocolate and pour it onto the sheet. As it sets, the design transfers onto the chocolate.
  • Important: Works exclusively with white chocolate or glaze. Image results on dark chocolate may not be visible.

🌟 Edible Gloss Gel (Modecor)

  • Usage: Apply a thin layer to the back to help it stick, or on top to give a glossy finish and make colors vibrant.
  • Ingredients: Glucose syrup, sugar (29%), water, gelling agent: E406, acidifier: E330, preservative: E202.
