Delivery And Tracking Questions

Delivery times shown on our website, at checkout, or in tracking are estimates only and are not guaranteed dates. After an order has been dispatched, transit time, tracking updates, customs processing, and final delivery are handled by the carrier and/or customs authorities.

If you are ordering for a birthday, party, or other event, please order early and allow extra time. We cannot promise delivery by a specific event date.

Refunds, Returns, And Package Issues

For refund, return, incorrect item, package condition, transit damage, or shipping-delay questions, please review our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy before contacting us.

If you believe there is an incorrect item, seller error, package condition issue, or transit damage case, please include clear photos of the item, outer packaging, shipping label, inner packaging, and the issue. Please keep the original packaging until the case has been reviewed.
