We ship our handmade edible cake toppers and wafer paper decorations from our studio in the Czech Republic. Below you'll find shipping rates, delivery estimates, and everything you need to know before ordering.
⏱️ Processing Time
Most items are made to order. Production usually takes 1–3 business days after we receive your order and all required personalisation details.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel.
🖥️ Digital Products
Digital products (templates, printable files) are delivered electronically — no physical item will be shipped.
- Files are sent via email or provided as a direct download link
- Delivery usually takes 4–24 hours, depending on the order queue
- No shipping fees apply
Please note:
- Colors may vary depending on your screen and printer settings
- Digital products are intended for personal use only
- Due to the nature of digital files, refunds are not available after delivery

📦 Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking. Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your delivery on the carrier's website:
- Czech Republic, most of Europe: Packeta / Zásilkovna tracking
- Sweden, Finland, Norway, Australia, Canada, Cyprus, Malta: Česká pošta / national postal service tracking
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
⚠️ Important Notes
Edible Products — Handling & Temperature
- Our edible toppers are made from wafer paper, sugar sheets, or chocotransfer — delicate food-grade materials that need careful handling.
- Keep away from moisture and direct sunlight. Store in a cool, dry place.
- Do not refrigerate — humidity from the fridge can cause wafer paper to curl or become sticky.
- Apply to your cake or cupcakes as close to serving time as possible.
Packaging
- Your order is packed in a rigid mailer envelope to protect the prints from bending during transit.
- All edible decorations are wrapped to prevent contact with moisture inside the package.
Customs & Import Duties (non-EU orders)
- For orders to United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, Canada — customs duties or import taxes may apply upon arrival. These are outside our control and are the buyer's responsibility.
- We declare all parcels accurately on customs forms. We cannot mark orders as "gift" to avoid duties.
Delivery Estimates
- Delivery times shown are estimates in business days after dispatch. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or public holidays.
- We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date. Please order well in advance of your event to avoid last-minute stress.
- Once a parcel is dispatched, we are not responsible for carrier delays or losses beyond what your tracking status confirms.
