If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal for a non-personalised physical product, please send the following information to i@decorua.com with the subject line "Withdrawal":

Your email address
Order number
Date of order / date of delivery

We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request by email without undue delay.

Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products (Article 16c, EU Directive 2011/83/EU) or to digital downloads after delivery with your consent (Article 16m).
