Shipping Policy

Estimated Production Time and Shipping:

Most items are made to order. Production usually takes 1-3 business days after we receive your order and all required personalization details. Shipping time is separate from production time.

Delivery times shown on our website, at checkout, in order confirmations, or in tracking are delivery estimates only. They are not guaranteed delivery dates. If you need an order for a birthday, party, or other event, please order early. We cannot promise delivery by a specific event date.

If you have a specific deadline, you may contact us before placing your order to ask about current processing time and available shipping options. Any information we provide is an estimate and does not create a delivery guarantee.

Shipping Destinations, Rates, and Services

Available shipping countries, carrier services, prices, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on the delivery address. Shipping is paid and calculated by destination.

Orders ship from the Czech Republic using the shipping services available for the selected destination at checkout. Carrier names, services, prices, and delivery estimates may vary by country and may change over time.

Delivery Estimates, Tracking, and Delays

After an order has been dispatched, transit time, tracking updates, customs processing, and final delivery are handled by the carrier and/or customs authorities. Tracking may not update every day and can pause while a package is moving between facilities or being processed by customs.

Carrier delays, customs delays, weather, holidays, strikes, high shipping volume, government checks, transport disruption, incorrect or incomplete delivery details, and other external events may affect delivery. These situations are outside Decorua's direct control after dispatch.

A delivery estimate is not a promise that the package will arrive by a birthday, party, event, or other specific deadline. Please allow extra time when ordering for a time-sensitive occasion.

Delivery Address

Please make sure the delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. We may not be able to change the address after an order has been produced, packed, or dispatched.

If an order is delayed, returned, or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable delivery address, the delivery outcome is controlled by the carrier after dispatch.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or similar charges may be applied by the destination country, customs authority, or carrier. These charges are not set by Decorua and are the customer's responsibility where applicable.

Customs review can also affect delivery estimates. If customs or a carrier requires additional processing or information, the package may be delayed until that process is completed.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and are not shipped by post or courier. If your order contains only a digital product, no physical package will be sent.
